Comprehensive report cataloging building components, their current condition, expected lifespan, and replacement costs. Prepared by an independent engineering firm.
Financial Statements FY2025
Year-end financial statements showing actual revenue and expenses compared to the approved budget.
Owner Financial Review — March 2026
Independent owner-prepared analysis of building finances, reserve fund health, and upcoming major expenses based on available strata documents.
Strata Bylaws — KAS1911
The current bylaws governing Desert Gardens, amended March 6, 2025. Includes rules about noise, pets, rentals, parking, and common property use.
Annual Budget 2025-2026
The approved operating budget for the current fiscal year. Included in the AGM Package above.
Insurance Certificate 2025-2026
The building's insurance policy summary showing coverage amounts, deductibles, and what is (and isn't) covered. Contact CML Properties to request a copy.
